Our salon is best suited to small and medium sized dogs in general pet grooms. Most commonly in 2024 we are grooming lots of cavoodles and maltese-shihtzus, toy poodles, spoodles and a range of terriers and cavaliers. These types of dogs typically book in every 2mths and we recommend booking when you pick up your pets to avoid disappointment especially as Spring and Summer months approach. Keeping your pets in good condition by combing/brushing between grooms gives you more options for length of hair on your salon day. We recently reopened our books to new clients so don't hesitate to call and see if we are the salon for you and your dog! We've moved through many changes since 2008 but throughout the years we've aimed at a consistent standard of grooming and customer service and appreciate everyone from long-term clients to new puppy introductions.
POLICY and OPERATIONAL NOTES:
Our clients arrive in clusters at set times so your dog may need to be at the salon for 2-3hrs depending on the groom and staffing levels. We will call when your dog is ready. A late cancellation fee may apply when we are not given time to rebook your space and there is also a no-show fee applicable if you don't arrive in time for your groom. Reminders are generally sent out 1-3days ahead as a courtesy but we recommend you use your phone calendar or a diary to keep track of bookings, so please let us know if you can't make an appointment.
PRICING:
Prices vary with size of dog and the level of work required. We do not publish a list but are happy to offer a range of pricing when you ring. We schedule an annual price rise almost every year which occurs around August/September in order to keep pace with inflation, the rising price of supplies, wages and associated costs. All prices include GST.
